House prices in Woodlawn have increased more than fourfold in the past decade

Since 2016, the year the Obama Presidential Center was announced, single family home prices in Woodlawn have increased 4.6 times. In West Woodlawn, which has historically been more affordable, the median house sale has increased 8.75 times.
